02What we collect
- The project request form: your name, phone number, email, business name (optional), and your answers about the project. Along with them, where your visit came from if available — for example the ad or site that sent you.
- The AI assistant (the “Ask us” bubble): the messages you type in it. If you choose to give it your name and number, we receive them as a contact request. Messages pass through our server and we don't keep them — unless a technical error happens, in which case its log is kept so we can fix it.
- Technical information: like any website, the server sees your IP address and browser type to deliver the page. The assistant and the form also use your IP address to limit volume and prevent abuse.
03Why we use it
- To answer your request and contact you about it only.
- So the assistant can reply to you.
- To protect the site from abuse.
- To measure our ads and see which ones bring in requests — only if you accept cookies.
We won't send you marketing messages unless you agree to them separately.
04Who sees it
We don't sell your data or share it with anyone for advertising. A few services run the site for us, and each one sees only what it needs:
- Anthropic (Claude) — processes the assistant's messages to write its replies.
- Telegram — the request form passes through our server and reaches us as a Telegram message, where it stays so we can get back to you. The same happens when you give the assistant your contact details.
- Hetzner — the company that hosts our server.
- Google Fonts and jsDelivr — the fonts and the page's animation code load from them, so they see your IP address.
- Instagram — if you choose to message us on Instagram, that conversation follows their terms.
- Meta — only if you accept cookies: the Meta Pixel records that you visited a page or sent a request, so we can measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram. Meta uses this under its own policy.
- Google Analytics — only if you accept cookies: counts visits and where they came from, without telling us who you are.
Some of these services run servers outside the country, so your data may be transferred abroad for them to work.
05Cookies and browser storage
We don't use cookies, analytics tools, or ad tracking.
Cookies only run if you click “Accept” on the bar at the bottom of the page. They belong to the ad measurement tools listed above. If you click “No thanks”, none of them run. You can change your mind at any time: Cookie settings.
We keep two things in your own browser, not on our side:
- Your chat with the assistant — so it isn't lost when you move between pages. You can clear it with the “New chat” button in the assistant.
- Where your visit came from — it disappears when you close the tab.
- Your cookie choice — so we don't ask you every time.
06How long we keep it
We keep your request for as long as we need it to contact you and for any work between us. We don't keep assistant messages, except technical error logs. You can ask us to delete anything about you at any time.
07Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@beaveraiagency.com and we'll get back to you.
